Katarina Line Announces Fall Trade Show Schedule

Katarina Line, a Croatia-based destination management and small ship cruise company, has released its Fall 2017 North American trade show program. Notably, the brand will be making an appearance at the Professional Travel Agents of North America (PTANA) East Coast trade shows from September 25 to 28.

The trade shows are sponsored by several travel industry suppliers. Shows will be held Monday, September 25 in Dedham, MA; Tuesday, September 26 in Philadelphia, PA; Wednesday, September 27 in Baltimore, MD and Thursday, September 28 in Arlington, VA. Katarina Line is accepting meeting requests for these shows, which can be booked by email at [email protected].

At these shows, Katarina Line will meet with travel agents to discuss the company’s portfolio of in-land tours and small ship cruises. Agents in attendance can explore partnership opportunities, booking incentives and fam programs with the company. Meetings can be scheduled any time before, during or after the trade event. Katarina representatives are also available to visit the agents’ office for a private presentation and to meet and train their staff.

Katarina Line’s small ship cruises on the Adriatic Sea bring travelers to a number of Croatian landmarks, such as the Dalmatian Islands and Plitvice Lakes National Parks. The cruises also visit Croatia’s cities of historical, architectural and cultural significance. Many of the country’s iconic sites are also seen in the popular HBO original series Game of Thrones—Katarina Line cruises also make stops at these locations.

Daniel Hauptfeld, marketing director for Katarina line noted that “more than 95 percent of our bookings come from travel agents because we offer some of the most generous incentives in the industry.”

Katarina Line operates out of the major tourist centers of Patija, Split and Dubrovnik, with a fleet of more than 50 ships and a network of over 90,000 clients.
