London, New York City and Paris-based members of the Leaders Club, the loyalty program for Leading Hotels of World, Ltd., (LHW) can now receive special perks in the comforts of their own cities. As part of its new Home Benefits loyalty perk initiative, club members in those metropolitan cities can enjoy special privileges at their local LHW properties. Perks range from food and beverage specials and complimentary cocktails to spa products and more.
LHW decided to launch the new program in locations that have multiple LHW properties and large numbers of LHW Leaders Club members. Members who qualify for the program were notified via email by LHW.
For example, through Dec. 31, Hometown Benefits include the following: a 20 percent discount on any service at The Ritz Hairdressing and Beauty Salon at The Ritz London and a 10 percent discount on lunch or dinner at the Arabelle Restaurant at the Hôtel Plaza Athénée, New York; and a 30 percent discount off lunch or dinner at L’Obe restaurant—excluding the daily menu at 35 euros—at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris.
The new benefits are in addition to the benefits that LHW Leaders Club already receive when they travel, including complimentary continental breakfast for two daily, complimentary Internet access and the opportunity to earn free nights with the Leaders Club Rewards program.
In order to enjoy Home Benefits, the Leaders Club member must present his or her current membership card, proof of local address and the email announcing the benefits program at the participating hotels.
