On May 12, Millennium Hotels and Resorts launched the Millennium and Copthorne Loyalty Club, allowing frequent guests to earn free stays as well as other perks and discounts at its 14 locations throughout the U.S. Loyalty Club members earn two points for every dollar spent on stays at participating U.S. locations and can redeem points online before making a reservation. Complimentary stays start at 4,600 points, and other perks include vouchers for broadband Internet access, food, beverages and other hotel services.

The Loyalty Club is divided into three tiers depending on how many qualifying stays a member accumulates. Guests start as Classic members as they accumulate points for up to three qualified stays. After accumulating four stays, they become Gold members and can earn early check-in, two complimentary room upgrades, free Internet access in the guest room and a free welcome voucher for a beverage and a daily newspaper. A Gold member even receives 20 percent off a two-night stay and a two for one entree on his or her birthday. Once guests accumulate 12 or more stays, they reach the Diamond tier, which includes all the benefits of Gold tier plus 20 percent off the food bill at hotel-owned and operated food and beverage outlets, as well as two additional room upgrades.

When announcing the program, Senior Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Sales and Marketing Dave Cockburn remarked, “It is a great pleasure to be able to offer our American guests and all those traveling in the U.S. the same benefits and perks that are enjoyed by Loyalty Club members around the world. We have designed this program to have significant value to our frequent guests and our new members will be amazed at how quickly they begin to enjoy the rewards.”

Guests who are interested in joining the Loyalty Club may enroll online or at the hotel.
