American Eagle Boosts Service from New York to South, Midwest

American Eagle Airlines, will launch daily nonstop service, beginning November 18, between New York's JFK airport and three new destinations: Norfolk International Airport (ORF), Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), and Indianapolis International Airport (IND). Customers from Norfolk, Cincinnati and Indianapolis will receive increased access to New York City on American Eagle, as well as connections to the 28 international destinations American flies to from JFK, including the Caribbean, South America, Europe and Japan. American Eagle will operate the new service with 50-seat Embraer ERJ-145 jets.

American provides a global route network, served in New York enhanced by its oneworld Alliance membership and, by 2011, New York customers will have access to approximately 290 daily departures to more than 80 unique destinations, including the new options for travel gained through American's partnership with JetBlue Airways.

Daily flights to Norfolk leave JFK at 7 p.m., arriving in ORE at 8:40 p.m. Return flights depart Norfolk at 2:30 p.m. and arrive in New York at 3:50 p.m.

Daily service to Cincinnati leaves JFK at 5 p.m. and lands at CVG at 7:30 p.m. local time. Return flights leave Cincinnati at 11:50 a.m. and lands in New York at 1:55 p.m. local time.

Flights to Indianapolis depart New York at 5 p.m. daily and arrive in IND at 7:30 p.m. local time. Return service leaves Indianapolis at 11:50 a.m., arriving at JFK at 1:59 p.m. local time.
