America's Vacation Center/American Express has integrated a business-to-business support system called "My AVC Buddy" into its Agent Power software for AVC agents. This system allows home-based agents to designate other AVC agents as "buddies" so their clients can be taken care of by other agents if they aren't available. Agent Power's other features include editing customer records, adding payments to bookings, updating calendars and automatic commission tracking.
