ARC Announces the Launch of New Website

Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website. The debut fully integrates ARC’s updated brand identity, which was first released in 2016.

The redesigned site has a more in-depth and interactive sales statistics page that uses a visual approach to ARC’s air travel data. With the updated site, users can access the average U.S. round-trip ticket prices monthly, as well as information on current totals of transactions settled by ARC; domestic, international and total fares monthly and yearly; supplementary airline fees and taxes plus non-airline fees; airline sales by cash, credit, total and average ticket pricing; origin and destination for passenger trips; agency ticket sales and other useful data points.

The site also offers a detailed fraud prevention resource page for travel agents and carriers along with testimonials and case studies from customers who use ARC products. Visitors can access the latest ARC content and research while an updated newsroom tool has “up-to-the-minute” travel industry information.

ARC President and CEO Mike Premo says the company’s redesigned website offers users a new look and streamlined user interface, noting that the new site will allow ARC to continue to support travel professionals with a variety of tools and resources on one site.

Additionally, Scott Hoyt, ARC’s managing director of marketing and emerging markets commented that the chief objective with the website’s rebranding effort is to improve the company’s customer experience. He went on to say that all of the ARC tools and resources of customers’ needs will still be available, while a simplified search function allows visitors to find the information they need quickly and easily.
