Couples Resorts has reorganized the company's sales and marketing team here. The new sales team is comprised of four geographical regions managed by a business development manager. Couples Resorts has named Michael Tighe business development manager for the Northeast; Suzanne Rodgers as business development manager for the South; Michele Herron-Penn as business development manager for the Midwest; and Chuck Warner as business development manager for the West. All business development managers will also carry the brand's "Ambassador of Romance" moniker. The national account manager, responsible for relations with all U.S. tour operators, is Darin Meder.
In addition to the restructuring of the sales organization, the marketing team at Couples Resorts has welcomed new additions. Andrea Conway was recently named director of marketing. Sharie Gordon is the new customer relations manager and Tequila Rainey joins as a customer relations representative.
