Eurobound has appointed Beverly Laing as its national sales manager. Laing brings with her more than 18 years of travel and meeting management experience.
Laing started her travel industry career at the United States Golf Association, headquartered in Far Hills, NJ. She comes to Eurobound from JNR Incorporated, and most recently worked on programs for BMW, Lexus, Pacific Life and AutoNation. Other employers include Carlisle Travel Management and the International Council of Shopping Centers, as western division manager, and as director of operations for RSVP Events, a meetings and event company based in New York City.
Laing is a Certified Meeting Professional, Certified Travel Consultant, member of MPI and SITE. She also serves on the board of directors for the Southern California Chapter of MPI, previously as director of awards and recognition and currently (2008-2009) was elected as director of professional development. Laing recently was awarded the 2007-2008 MPISCC Planner of the Year honor.
