The Greater Fort Lauderdale CVB announced that August would be "Travel Agent Month," and that it would celebrate with $50 and $75 per night hotel rates at 46 hotels, resorts and inns throughout the destination. Travel Agent Appreciation rates are in effect Aug. 1–31 and subject to availability; the rate is available for a maximum of one room for two nights.
