HRG Canada and HRG U.S. Restructure

Hogg Robinson Group (HRG), an international corporate services firm, has restructured its North American operations, appointed new senior executives, and purchased Partnership Travel Consulting, based in Princeton, NJ, and with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Washington D.C. Existing management and operational teams of HRG in Canada (formerly trading as BTI Canada) and the United States (formerly trading as Sea Gate Travel and Robustelli World Travel) will be integrated under the leadership of Tom Gleason as CEO of HRG North America. Gleason also was appointed to the executive board of parent company Hogg Robinson. Dan Green, CEO of Sea Gate Travel, was promoted to HRG development director; his wider international role will focus on business expansion through mergers and acquisitions and new product development, particularly in sports travel management. The firm expressed sadness that Michael Richardson, managing director of BTI Canada, elected to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. As HRG acquires Partnership Travel Consulting, its founder Andrew Menkes will join HRG as president of North America consulting. The company also appointed Thomas Lacny as senior vice president of global sales, based in Chicago.
