I just read your Editor's Letter in Travel Agent magazine
("Spinning
JetBlue's Woes," February 26, 2007). Three Cheers! I agree with you
completely. I said the same thing on Channel 12 and in Long Island Business
News last week. People don't want free tickets over a very uncomfortable
situation! They want to get to where they are going. A Passenger Bill of Rights
does not make things better when people are sitting in an airplane—or even a
terminal—for hours. True, sometimes, due to bad weather, it can't be helped.
I've had it happen to me numerous times and it is unpleasant. But JetBlue is
