Norwegian Cruise Line has launched NCL University as part of its Partnership 2.0 initiative. The online travel partner network and education community will offer agents the ability to earn CLIA credits (up to 15 credits toward ACC and MCC certification), become certified in NCL's Freestyle Cruising, get the latest information on NCL cruises, share selling tips, compare stories, watch videos and read blogs.

“It is more important than ever for NCL to provide a valuable resource to our travel partners 24/7 and NCL U allows them to stay connected, learn more about us and also interact with each other," said Colin Veitch, NCL president and CEO.

Other features of NCL U include: a personalized dashboard with instant access to alerts about NCL and NCL U and sales and F3 updates; Freestyle 2.0 information; A2A, a social networking function that allows agents to interact with each other; and a campus store where agents can purchase NCL gear by redeeming campus bucks earned during the certification process.
