Occidental Hotels & Resorts is offering $1 million in cash prizes to the top-producing agents who book the highest number of nights throughout its 13 properties in the Caribbean, Mexico and Costa Rica. Valid through May 31, 2007, the promotion is applicable to three all-inclusive Occidental Hotel brands, Allegro, Occidental Grand and Royal Hideaway Playacar. Additional booking bonuses will also be offered during the fall. Travel agents who complete a minimum of three new bookings at any of the company's resorts Oct.1–Dec. 22 and a minimum of seven new bookings during the entire promotional period will qualify as "top producers." The top 100 producing agents will each receive $10,000. The booking bonuses, which complement the promotion, are structured as follows: Each three to four nights: $30; four to five nights: $50; seven plus nights: $75.
