Seabourn Cruise Line has appointed Andrew Magowan to the newly created position of director, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Magowan, a 20-year travel industry veteran, will be based in Southampton, England and will be responsible for marketing and sales efforts for the line's three ships. Prior to joining Seabourn, Magowan handled sales and marketing for Swan Hellenic. Before that, he served as Cunard's director of sales for the U.K. and Ireland.
