This week, the first nine members of the new U.S. team of the first and largest home-based travel company in the U.K. will complete their Certified Travel Associate (CTA) exams, Travel Counsellors announced at the Home-Based Travel Agent Expo. Next year, the group will embark on their Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) training, and several will complete their Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) or Master Cruise Counsellor (MCC) in April. All those who are recruited and accepted as Travel Counsellors must either have their CTC and MCC, or agree to obtain both within 18 months.
