Travel GPA 2.0 Delivers Results for Montrose Travel

Travel GPA 2.0 reports that it is the first product to provide real-time, in-depth dashboard and benchmarking analysis on corporate travel spending and is now being used by Montrose Travel, a major agency based in Montrose, CA.  Travel GPA data is live and can be scored against internal goals or benchmarked against the Travel GPA database of more than 17,000 companies and totaling more than $4 billion in spending.

The new 2.0 version became available this month to travel management companies and corporations based on three pricing options based on a "per transaction" subscription--Silver, Gold, and Platinum-with no annual license fee.  Subscriptions to access the benchmarking data are available to researchers and journalists at $495 per year.

"In 2009 Travel GPA 2.0 will play a key role in the overall account management program for Montrose Travel because our corporate clients are now more that ever involved in establishing detailed, specific goals for each individual aspect of their travel programs," said Joe McClure, president of Montrose Travel, a $110 million dollar travel management company. "We are setting clear milestones and benchmark parameters for clients and at Montrose Travel we clearly understand the value that Travel GPA, as part of a comprehensive Travel Management Program, brings to the success of our business partners."

Another client commented: "Travel GPA delivers the big picture and the ability to drill down to investigate specific issues by client, such as 'Are we using the right vendors to accomplish the clients’ goals?' said Julie Santino, vice president of technology and finance at Van Zile Travel Service, a corporate management company in Rochester, New York.  "We have internal account managers and clients using the product to review reports online and are able to instantly address trends.  Because Prime Numbers responds quickly to requests for modifications and enhancements, Travel GPA quickly adapts to the ever changing landscape of corporate travel management."

Elements of the 2.0 version include live, interactive benchmarking statistics, local currency and language, as well as dashboard triggers that allow for 24 x 7 monitoring of travel booking activity.” We’re helping those who administer and manage travel perform better tomorrow by providing better data today," said Rock Blanco, president of Prime Numbers Technology, Inc. who offers Travel GPA. "Bad data leads to bad decisions. By understanding the who and why of spend, our customers are able to provide better answers."
