Travel technology company Trisept Solutions has released the newest iteration of its Xcelerator software, Xcelerator 1.1. Xcelerator is a modern agency operating suite that allows travel agents to better understand their customers’ needs, manage their suppliers and increase productivity.

Xcelerator 1.1 is the fifth release of Xcelerator functionality this year and includes several major design improvements, usability enhancements and new features. Key features of the new Xcelerator 1.1 include:

  • Reservation Confirmation PDF important functionality that automatically creates trip details and supplier commission tracking from PDF confirmations from Carnival Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Globus, Norwegian Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean Cruises. An additional fifteen suppliers’ confirmations are set to be added to the software by the end of 2017.
  • New workflow for more efficient customer management.
  • Improved usability for daily tasks, to-dos and agent productivity.
