Travel consortium Vacation.com has announced a national training tour to familiarize and train agents on Vacation.com tools like AgentNet, Engagement, Amadeus Cruise, and Vacation Port, as well as the Vacation Vignettes concierge-hosted program. The "Knowledge is Power Tour" is free of charge and will visit the following cities on the following dates: Tampa, FL, Tuesday, Sept. 19, Sheraton River Walk; Orlando, FL, Thursday, Sept. 21, Marriott Orlando Airport; Boston, MA, Thursday, Oct. 5, Hilton Boston Back Bay; San Diego, CA, Tuesday, Nov. 7, Double Tree Hotel San Diego Del Mar; Seattle, WA, Wednesday, Nov. 8, Embassy Suites, Bellevue; Denver, CO, Thursday, Nov. 9, Double Tree Downtown Denver. The tour includes an afternoon of training, followed by a trade show and cocktail reception for agents "to mix and mingle with Vacation.com executives and preferred suppliers."
