Seattle-based Windstar Cruises named Marnie Whipple as manager of international sales and key accounts on Monday. Whipple will be responsible for establishing relationships with international general sales agents and meeting sales targets in specific regions. Whipple most recently worked as international sales manager for Gray Line of Alaska, an Alaskan tour operator under Holland America Line.
