Worldspan on Thursday released a desktop tool for agents, called the Worldspan Go! e-Pricing Shopping Tool, which gives access to the technology provider's suite of low-fare shopping tools from a single point on the Worldspan Go! desktop. The tool, currently available, is said to simplify shopping and booking for agents who prefer working in a web-like environment. Additionally, the tool does not require that agents know GDS formats.
