Gil Zanchi has been named area general manager at the New Orleans Marriott. A 23-year Marriott veteran, Zanchi brings extensive knowledge in marketing, food and beverage and hotel operations to the 1,290-room hotel located in the heart of the Big Easy. Taking the reins at the New Orleans Marriott, Zanchi will be overseeing daily operations including sales and marketing performance and customer and guest services.
