Apple Vacations Offers 5 Percent Commission on Air

Punta Cana // (c) 2011 Apple Vacations

Good news! Effective as of June 14, 2011, Apple Vacations will pay travel agents five percent commission on all published air packages. This new program applies to all new published air packages, regardless of carrier, destination, class of service or travel dates.

"This is a great travel agent positive-move on the part of Apple Vacations," said Eric Maryanov, president of All-Travel.com. "So often, up to half of the Apple itinerary pricing is air and is therefore non-commissionable. This will result in greater commission on all of our Apple Vacations sales."

Apple Vacations works with 26 published air carriers, including United, American Airlines, Frontier, Delta Air Lines, Jet Blue, Virgin America, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Copa and more. The five percent commission is valid on the air portion of all published airline packages for new packages and fly/drives and applies to all city pairs and classes of service for new bookings only to Mexico, Hawaii, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Panama and Europe.

Earned commissions apply to land only, all charter, risk block air and select contracted bulk scheduled air packages and the land portion of all published airline packages. Earned commission does not apply to air only, Apple Saver or Square Deal packages.
