Escape to the Wilderness of the Scottish Highlands

Connoisseurs Scotland has broadened its array of luxury offerings as it adds the Alladale Wilderness Reserve, a 23,000 acre cut of the Scottish Highlands, managed by Inverlochy Castle Management International.

The reserve is composed of three buildings, a traditional lodge and two newly added stone lodges. The Alladale Lodge, largest of the three, can comfortably accommodate fourteen guests and has its own dedicated staff. The smaller buildings, Eagle’s Crag and Ghillie’s Rest Lodge, are suitable for eight and four guests, respectively, and can be let with or without service.

In terms of goings-on, the reserve offers a broad stroke of activities for those looking to get outside and reconnect with nature. They feature everything from hiking and fishing to mountain biking and horseback riding. Each visit is geared towards maintaining and preserving the area’s natural beauty and diverse wildlife.
