Metropolitan Touring has announced that its new expedition vessel, the Santa Cruz II, will be ready to sail the Galapagos Islands this October.
The new vessel will offer 50 cabins for 90 guests of all ages and includes several updated features, including five decks and contemporary viewing rooms. Guests can choose from single, double, triple or luxury cabins like the new Darwin Elite suites. These luxurious suites, located on the Panorama Deck, come with take-home Galapagos gifts, VIP accommodations at the Galapagos Islands Airport, a tablet loan and complimentary drinks.
The Santa Cruz II also offers a selection of indoor and outdoor dining options featuring local cuisines like fresh caught seafood and organic fruits and vegetables.
Tours of the islands will be led by the company’s knowledgeable guides and expedition leaders and can be customized to include ocean kayaking, snorkeling with sea lions, glass bottom boat excursions and more.
