Lion World Tours, which specializes in group and individual tours to Southern and East Africa, is now offering its signature “South Africa In Style” package. The nine-day trip starts from $2,999 per person, and includes: roundtrip international economy class airfare from New York (JFK) or Washington, D.C. (Dulles) to Cape Town, South Africa, on South African Airways, domestic flights within South Africa, a four-night stay in Cape Town at The Commodore Hotel, The Table Bay Hotel, or the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, a two-night stay at Kapama River Lodge or Jackalberry Lodge, game drives and bush walks per the itinerary, a half-day Winelands Tour, six breakfasts, two lunches and three dinners, as well as having Lion World Tours representatives meeting the guests upon arrival.
The dates for travel are during May of 2012 and the rate is for double occupancy and includes all fuel surcharges and taxes. The upgrade to a spa suite at Kapama River Lodge is $200 per person and $100 per person to upgrade to a Kapama Buffalo Tented Camp. The Jackalberry Lodge is located in a private game reserve, adjacent to the Kruger National Park, and the Kapama River Lodge is situated within the Kapama Game Reserve. It is considered Big 5 Country, (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo), and those animals are all possible to see during a safari in Kapama Game Reserve.
