Tibet Finally Reopens to Tourists

After a tumultuous few months of anti-government protests, as well as other security concerns, China's government is reopening Tibet to foreign tourists, the Associated Press reports. The first visitors arrived Wednesday morning, according to the Tibetan Tourism Bureau.
