Air Europa Will Offer New York–Madrid Service

Air Europa will begin daily nonstop service from New York to Madrid on June 1. The Spanish-owned airline will offer daily flights from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to Madrid Barajas International Airport (MAD) aboard 299-seat Airbus 330 aircraft in two-class configuration. The plane will have 24 seats in business class and 275 in economy class.

Air Europa flight 92 will depart JFK airport at 7:25 p.m., arriving in Madrid the next day at 8:30 a.m. The flight time will be 7 hours and 5 minutes. The return flight, Air Europa  flight 91, will depart Barajas airport at 3:15 p.m., arriving at JFK at 5:25 p.m. the same day, with a flight time of 8 hours and 10 minutes.

Air Europa is the second largest carrier in Spain and serves 44 destinations. The airline is part of the Globalia Corporation and is an associate member of Sky Team Alliance.
