Collapsed Spanish airline Spanair has posted an official form on its website to be used for any refund claims on tickets. Any refund request has to be addressed via this form, which must be submitted by April 15. In an email sharing the link, the airline told clients, "Unfortunately we will not be able to assist you or intervene with this process."
Spanair filed for bankruptcy late last month after both the country's goverment and other airlines were unable to come to its rescue.
