Hôtel Le Toiny has announced a new package, Bon Vivant, which celebrates the ultimate indulgence in St. Barts.

The dates for the package are from March 1 through Dec. 19, 2012. Some of the package’s features include: a four-night stay at reduced rates, a two-course lunch at La Gloriette restaurant, (excluding alcoholic beverages), and three 3-course dinners, (excluding beverages), at Restaurant Le Gaiac, Bonito, a local French-Latin restaurant and ceviche bar and L’Isola, the sister restaurant to the famous Restaurant Via Veneto in Santa Monica.

There is also a 90-minute Oenology course at Absolutely Wine, a new island venue that includes a wine bar and school. Guests are invited to choose one of six options for their 90-minute course. Some examples include: The Awakening of the Senses, A First Nose in the Wine, A Tour of White Wines, A Tour of Red Wines, and The Secrets of Champagne, Bordeaux and Burgundy.

In addition, as part of the Bon Vivant package, guests will receive two one-hour spa treatments at Hôtel Le Toiny’s Spa Cottage, roundtrip airport transfers, a convertible SMART rental car, (excluding insurance and gas), and a daily American breakfast. Hôtel Le Toiny is the first Relais & Chateaux property in the Caribbean to receive a Grand Chef distinction and is located on the southeastern side of St. Barts. The privacy afforded by the retreat, the location of the Restaurant Le Gaiac, and the ocean view from each villa’s own private pool and terrace make the Hôtel Le Toiny a popular destination.

The rates for March 1 through April 9, 2012 are approximately $10,300, with each additional night approximately $2,200. The rates for April 10 through May 31 and November 19 through December 19, 2012 are approximately $6,400, with each additional night approximately $1,230. The rates for June 1 through August 31 and October 26 through November 18, 2012 are approximately $5,400 with each additional night approximately $955. These rates include a four-night stay and don’t include the five percent Government tax on accommodation charge.
