Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Summer Day Camp Returns

Gondola at Breckenridge in the summerToday, Vail Resorts’ Breckenridge announced the return of the Breckenridge Summer Day Camp for its second summer season. As the only day camp taking place on the mountain at Breckenridge, the camp’s curriculum focuses on science, nature, crafts, outdoor skills, and more.
 
The Breck Summer Day camp is an official Colorado licensed camp facility. Each camp group has a maximum 1/10 ratio of counselors to campers. Additionally, all counselors and staff are trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. The camp is open to children ages five through twelve, and offers flexible full-day and half-day options. The day camp will run daily June 3 through September 2. Morning drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m. and pick-up goes until 5:30 p.m. Full-day sessions include lunch.
 
Morning and afternoon half-day sessions cost $75 per session. Full-day sessions are priced at $97. Date selections are flexible, and parents can pick and choose any day of the week to schedule their children’s attendance. An additional alternative is the 5 Pack at $375, which can be used any five days throughout the camp season.  Reservations should be made at least 72 hours in advance by calling 970-453-5000. Walk-Ups and reservations made with less than 72 hours will be accommodated whenever possible.
