Joe Pike

Joe Pike is Travel Agent's senior editor covering the Caribbean, Bahamas & Bermuda; Hawaii; Central & South America. Previously, Pike was a newspaper for The Asbury Park Press based in the Jersey Shore, covering local news. In 2009, Pike was awarded the Jamaica Tourist Board's Marcia Vickery-Wallace Memorial Award for Excellence in Travel Journalism. Pike then won the Caribbean Tourism Organization's Inner Circle King Award for Best Feature Article in a Trade Publication in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Pike is also the author of the blog, The Joe Pike Blog, which documents his adventures around the world. He received his Master's Degree in Newspaper, Magazine and Online Journalism from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
