Aqua Hospitality Launches New Website

New Aqua Hospitality website

Aqua Hospitality reports it has unveiled the next phase of its recent rebranding campaign with the debut of a brand new consumer website, www.AquaHospitality.com

The new site showcases the company's three hotel brands using a  modern design with vivid photography. It also capitalizes on the latest web technologies to make it easier for consumers to search, navigate and book reservations across a multitude of mobile platforms including phones, tablets and desktops, Aqua says.

"Our plan was to launch the most sophisticated hotel website in Hawaii and we believe we've accomplished that," said Lisa Bankston, corporate director of online marketing. "Since our last website launch, technology and how consumers find our websites have changed dramatically, and we've worked hard to address issues such as increasing the number of mobile bookings, algorithm changes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and overall consumer navigation and search patterns."

Visitors to Aqua Hospitality's website will essentially find a three hotel brand website in one. Global footer navigation elements appear on each page and allow users to navigate freely across the three hotel brands: Monogram Hotel Collection, Aqua Hotels & Resorts and Lite Hotels.

Once entering an individual hotel brand site, the visitor has an experience based on the personality of that hotel brand. Visitors to the main landing page have the opportunity to visually select the brand that is best for them and continue that experience throughout that brand's website pages.

The site's design makes it easily accessible and usable via mobile phone, tablet or desktop, Aqua says. Consumers enjoy an increased visual experience with special photography from local photographers and destination pages that feature authentic Hawaii experiences and highlight the Aqua team's favorite beaches, restaurants and activities. The online reservation process has also been improved and ADA rooms can now be booked online.

Another highlight of the site is a new email program called the A-List. When guests join the A-List, they receive a series of welcome emails that introduce visitors to the new brands and urge subscribers to share the information with friends. Those who live in Hawaii, receive a special set of emails that speak to the local kamaaina audience. In addition, a new monthly newsletter keeps subscribers up-to-date on special offers and shares various tips on vacationing in Hawaii and at Aqua Hospitality properties.

In January 2013, Hawaii's leading hotel management company changed its name to Aqua Hospitality (www.aquahospitality.com) and announced the restructuring of its 24-property group into three distinctive brands.
