ASTA Adds Features to Web Site

The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) has added RSS feeds and an "Industry Calendar of Events" section to its recently redesigned web site. ASTA said the enhancements would help members keep in touch with the industry and receive news faster. The RSS feed includes news from ASTA, as well as updates to WebExchange and consumer leads from ASTA's Trip Assistance feature on TravelSense.org. The calendar of events can be sorted by chapter events and domestic and international events and conferences. "Technology is growing and we are growing with it, to use it to our advantage," said Cheryl Hudak, ASTA's president and CEO.
