Travelport Offers New Expense Management Tools

Travelport and Rearden Commerce have announced a multi-year partnership that will result in delivery of a combined travel, procurement, and expense management solution for travel management companies (TMCs), existing corporate customers, and corporations in the U.S. and Canada. Travelport will add the Rearden Commerce Platform to its suite of corporate booking tool solutions which includes Travelport Traversa, its flagship corporate booking tool.

The Rearden Commerce Platform provides individuals with a specific set of features and functionality while providing corporations critical control and end-to-end spend management capabilities. The goal is to maximize cost savings and increase adoption through a user-centric approach. The platform also includes the location-aware Mobile Personal Assistant that incorporates corporate policies and gives individuals access to personalized travel itinerary information.
