Travelport Signs With World Travel Inc.

Travelport has announced that World Travel Inc., the fourth-largest travel management company in the U.S., has signed a new long-term contract renewal. This new multi-year deal builds on a 28-year relationship with World Travel Inc., based in Pennsylvania, with over 75 onsite client locations nationwide and more than $550 million in sales annually, according to Travelport. World Travel Inc. is part of Radius Global Travel Solutions with 3,300 worldwide locations in 80 countries.

George Gadebusch, CIO, World Travel Inc., said, “We have a long-standing relationship with Travelport, and over the years they have become a trusted and valued partner in the growth and expansion of our business. That said, our decision to renew was not based solely upon our long-term relationship but rather arrived at through a lengthy evaluation process designed to ensure that our primary GDS partner has the content, technology and business acumen to ensure our continued success.
