TRX Releases Travel Management Program

TRX, Inc., a provider of travel technology and consulting services, released a new version of the travel application called Queue Manager.

Queue Manager is a management system that tracks transactions, agent productivity and identifies error trends. The latest release of Queue Manager enhancements include a dashboard that allows agents to compare their productivity with that of their peers. There is also a control which allows managers to delegate work across groups and centers and a new GDS queue.
