Vacation.com reports that 1,700 of its member agents are now featured on its revamped website through the company's new Agent Snapshot tool. Additionally, Agent Snapshot has collected over 7,400 reviews from clients.
Agent Snapshot, which went live in June, allows Vacation.com members and their agents to personalize a unique profile aimed at attracting consumers seeking travel expertise online. The profile offers a chance for an agent to highlight their destination knowledge, travel specialties, industry certifications, customer service philosophy and key Vacation.com supplier partner brands they sell.
