La Mansion del Rio is selling San Antonio's La Mansion del Rio Hotel and the Watermark Hotel and Spa to Omni Hotels. The deal is expected to close March 16. Patrick Kennedy, chairman and CEO of La Mansion de Rio, will still own all trademark rights to the Watermark Hotel and Spa and its restaurant, Pesca on the River, as Kennedy plans to expand the Watermark Hotel and Spa brand in select locations throughout North America.
