Vision Airlines Offers $2 Tickets to Grand Bahama Island

Vision Airlines offers $2 round-trip vacation package airfares and $29-$79 a la carte one-way seats between Grand Bahama Island and five U.S. cities. Clients must fly between Nov. 3 and Dec. 19.
There are 24 $2 round-trip fares available on all Grand Bahama Island flights. Vision Airlines' 737-400 jetliners are equipped with 137 seats. Tickets must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. (eastern time) Nov. 2. The $2 round-trip fares only apply when purchased in conjunction with stays of three or more nights at any of nine participating resorts, including the four star Grand Lucayan. Some vacation packages start as low as $280 per person, plus taxes. The $2 round-trip fares are subject to U.S. and international taxes and fees. The actual cost of the $2 round-trip fare is approximately $123.
The five airports offering the $2 fare are: Baltimore-Washington International, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Louisville International Airport, Richmond International Airport and Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
"These airports have been severely impacted by consolidation of the airline industry, which has resulted in service reductions and route eliminations," said Vision Airlines' Chief Operating Officer David Meers.
