Dolphin Island is a secluded, private island in Fiji. The island is located just a boat ride away from Rakiraki, and the small staff can accommodate a range of hospitality and dining needs.
Now, couples can purchase a romance package with a four-night stay. The package aims to create privacy and total freedom for the guests and includes accommodation in a Guest Bure Suite. These rooms have timber floors, high ceilings, double sinks in the bathroom, an outdoor shower and private garden.
All meals and a standard bar are included in the package as well as transfers, two spa treatments, a picnic for two and a champagne breakfast. Guests will also be invited to a traditional lovo feast with Fijian musicians and will receive a small take home gift.

This second accommodation option leaves the beach behind and embraces Mexican culture. Las Alcobas, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Mexico City, recently opened with 35 guestrooms, which are decorated with a traditional Mexican flair.
The location makes it easy to see sites like the Auditorio Nacional and the Modern Art Museum. Guests can also easy visit nearby boutiques and art galleries. Chef Justin Ermini will be at the helm of the signature restaurant, Anatol, which has a casual but chic atmosphere.

At Daku Resort between May 9-16 travelers can take part in the Yoga Detox Retreat. This resort in Savusavu, Fiji, will offer Hatha yoga workshops and Laughter yoga workshops. The classes will be lead by Jani Burdett, yoga teacher and personal development coach. The California Wine Appellation Specialist (CWAS) certification was created by founder David Glancy and is the first and only professional credential program on California wine.
Participants will blind taste more than 60 wines and will cover topics about soil, production, wine history and more. This includes 22 hours of instruction and then the credential exam is available online afterwards.
