Concur Announces New App Solutions for Business Travelers

GrowthBusiness travelers will be interested in Concur’s new App Center, announced at their premier client and marketplace conference, Fusion, designed to help businesses and their travelers discover applications that deliver significant value with effective time and cost management.  

Concur is the global leader in integrated travel expense and management. The company is already seeing substantial growth in its applications’ use by U.S. government agencies who are interested in travel management. These agencies are using Concur’s patented E-Gov Travel Service 2 (ETS2) solution, which aids in cost savings, compliance benefits, and reporting capabilities resulting from an organizational service that better manages total trip costs.  The new App Center aims to develop Concur’s business industry presence.

Apps can be broken down into two categories; Apps For Me and Apps For My Company. Apps For Me focuses on linking personal accounts with travel suppliers like Aviso, so reservations flow automatically into Concur and TripItPro, and helping travelers stay on top of their travel needs, including maintaining personal safety and navigating foreign languages and cultures while abroad.  

Apps For My Company will alert travelers if they require a visa based on their travel plans, and integrate Concur solutions with their global OneKey physician database to help ensure compliance with international regulations for the Life Sciences industry.
