MLT Vacations has announced that agency service charges can now be included as an optional add-on to NWA WorldVacations, Worry-Free Vacations and Continental Airlines Vacations bookings made via WorldAgent Direct or through reservations. In addition, MLT Vacations will allow travel agents to add or increase the agency service charge by simply calling the reservations department. This applies to new and existing bookings.
Changes will be allowed, including adding or increasing the fee, until final payment is applied. In addition, the agency service charge will no longer be displayed on travel documents generated by MLT, but will continue to be displayed on the agency invoice.
