According to a recent article in Crain’s New York Business, New York Water Taxi has completed its acquisition of the downtown operation of Circle Line.
The deal includes Circle Line Harbor Cruise's 600-passenger vessel Zephyr, and the speed boat Shark. It also involves leaseholds at Pier 16, at the South Street Seaport in Lower Manhattan, and Pier C at the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
The Harbor Experience Companies will manage products, vessels and destinations such as Water Taxi Beach in Long Island City, Queens.
