Kempinski Hotels has signed on to manage Tangula International's luxury trains, which will begin operating in China next spring. Travelers will be able to journey between Beijing and either Lhasa or Lijiang. Travel time from Beijing on each route will span four nights and five days, with return journeys to Beijing comprising four days and three nights. Plans call for daily off-train excursions.
