In Search of a Purse

A woman left her purse with all her possessions at a rest stop. The concierge found out her current location and called all the rest stops in the area in search of the purse. Luckily, the purse was found at one of them.

A customer took a trip to China. She wanted to know the easiest way to get to the Great Wall of China from her hotel.

Another customer who does quilting as a hobby took a trip to England. She wanted to see a quilting store in each city she visited while in the United Kingdom. The concierge was able to locate stores and map out a plan for her.

Two teenagers and their mother were going to a One Direction concert. They wanted the concierge to tell them the best way to get to the concert venue from their hotel and VIP/Backstage experience ticket information.

Caring Gift Idea

A customer called in because her friend recently had a miscarriage and wanted to send a gift to help her friend during this difficult time. The concierge asked a few questions to better understand the friend. The caller shared that her friend has a very busy life that includes a three-year-old child. The concierge recommended a house cleaning service and also some fun activities to keep her child occupied while the friend healed both emotionally and physically.

Interesting Celebrity Request

A customer called in because she wanted help finding a specific hotel that all of the celebrities stay prior to going into rehab. She could remember the location but not the name of the hotel. The customer was even able to list the names of celebrities that were seen in the hotel. The concierge was able to locate the name of the hotel for her.

During the filming of a movie, a customer working on the movie called the concierge requesting that he not only locate livestock immediately, but make all arrangements to have it delivered to the movie set.
