Sunscape has a kids’ Explorer's Club at its various locales with fully supervised programs for children ages 3-12. Kids can revel in sandcastle competitions, arts and crafts, movies, an ocean trampoline and campouts. All Explorer's Club staff must complete and be certified in Red Cross CPR, first aid and toddler CPR. In addition, the kids’ areas have non-lockable doors, padded floors and rounded corners.

Azul Beach Hotel by Karisma

In Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Meliá offers a kid-friendly Flintstones vacation. Kids get their own mini check-in where Fred and Dino greet them. The theme carries over into a retinue of activities and venues for infants through “tweens.”
