Although it’s not expected to be released until July 21, representatives of Azul Hotels by Karisma were kind enough to give Travel Agent the scoop on its new program with Fisher-Price during a sit-down interview on Monday.
Azul Hotels by Karisma and Fisher-Price will launch in October its new Azulitos Kids Program, a play program designed for children five years and younger that aims to put the new Azul Sensatori Hotel by Karisma on the map as Mexico’s top child-friendly resort, says Mandy Chomat, vice president of sales and marketing for Karisma Hotels. The program will launch in conjunction with Azul Sensatori Hotel by Karisma, also slated for October 1, and includes a creative Toys Lending Library. This feature allows children to pick from a menu of toys to borrow during their vacation. Parents sign for the toys and children are allowed to bring them back to their room or on the beach, meaning parents will have less items to carry on the plane or pack in their luggage.
Also featured in the program is a colorful brochure, offered upon arrival, that details services and adventures available during the family's stay. The program also offers parents the option of borrowing high chairs and carriages, again giving them less to lug on board. The room will include music, toys for toddlers and a host of other activities aimed at keeping children entertained.
For exercise-oriented mothers, the program also offers a jogging/yoga activity where mothers can borrow a jogging stroller and enjoy a breakfast that includes granola, fruit, yogurt and other healthy treats.
