86 Percent of Millennials Disappointed by Bad Mobile Experiences

85 percent of Millennials check multiple sites before booking their travel to get the best deal possible, according to the report, although 60 percent will upgrade their experience with additional purchases like in-flight Wi-Fi, early deplaning and more. Millennials also like to stay connected, with 46 percent booking through a smartphone or tablet and 97 percent posting on social media while traveling — 75 percent once per day. 68 percent of Millennials will also remain loyal to a program that offers them the most rewards. 

Although only 46 percent of Millennials are booking on mobile, the overall mobile experience is still broadly important. 86 percent of Millennial respondents indicated that they are disappointed by bad mobile experiences. Millennials in the survey also expressed a desire for authentic content, as opposed to stock imagery.
