CLIA Moving HQ to Florida

The Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), North America's largest cruise industry organization, is moving its headquarters from New York City to Greater Fort Lauderdale, FL, by Jan. 1, 2007. With the assistance of Broward County's Office of Economic Development, Port Everglades, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, CLIA is relocating its offices and operations to Port Everglades temporarily before moving into its permanent location at 910 SE 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale, minutes from Port Everglades. The move to Greater Fort Lauderdale enables CLIA to be close to a majority of its member cruise lines.
