Orlando's Dr. Phillips Center Prepares for November Debut (VIDEO)

In Orlando, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts is set to make its official debut in mid-November.

The $386 million venue sits on a nine-acre site, over two blocks in the middle of the city, and might (we hear) be one of the last large-scale cultural centers built in the U.S. When completed, the Center will host a range of artistic projects (The Phantom of the Opera will run for 11 days starting December 3).
